Let’s face it: shopping online can be tricky!
Yep, I know – you can never be entirely sure a product will suit you or that it will be the way it appears in the photographs. Trust me – I shop online too and I know how it is.
Because I genuinely want you to be happy with your Curlicue NZ purchases, all of my orders come with a guarantee: be 100% happy, or return your item/s for your money back or a store credit.
Unfortunately – due to all of my products being ‘made to order’, I no longer offer exchanges.
If your jewellery breaks in the course of normal wear and care (putting on or taking off without tugging); I will repair, refund or replace it, for free. This will be done at my discretion, depending on which is most feasible (shipping excluded).
The item must be returned in its original condition along with packaging and it must not have been worn. It must be returned within 30 days of ordering. Please see the “Returns, Refunds & Exchanges” section for more information.
However, please be aware that I cannot accept returns of Custom Orders (this includes rings) due to the item being made to your specifications / sizing, and the unlikelihood of being able to re-sell that item.
Please note: A refund does not apply to the cost of return shipping.
Curlicue NZ Jewellery is not responsible for packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to me via a trackable method.
PLEASE also remember that handmade jewellery is fragile – especially where thin wire is used to wrap a bead or a spiral flourish finishes an item. These wires can get caught on clothing hair – and little fingers!
Curlicue NZ Jewellery is not responsible for replacing broken jewellery where appropriate care has not been taken to protect an item from clothing (or children!) However, I am happy to repair an item for you an item for you at a small cost.
If you lose an earring contact me and I will see if I have the materials available to duplicate it. If I do there will be a small charge to cover materials and labour.
I also offer a Repair Service for any wire or costume jewellery (not just Curlicue NZ) should it be needed.
I really want you to be happy with your order, and will do whatever I can to work with you and sort out any issues.
